Mission
Harvest Thrift Center is dedicated to raising money for the tuition relief of parents with students in Calvin Christian or Lansing Christian schools.  We intend to do this in such a way that we reflect God’s light to our patrons and community.

HARVEST THRIFT CENTER SCHEDULE - 09-01-10

Welcome to a new school year!  My name is Cathy DeYoung and I am the NEW coordinator for the volunteer schedule at the HTC. 

Please make sure you are scheduled properly.  If you are not on the schedule and should be, call me at 708-474-5265 or email at harvest10@sbcglobal.net.  There are MANY dates where the store is not covered properly and may have to close. PLEASE if you can do extra shifts, it would be greatly appreciated.

The store can not run if only two people show up. If you cannot make it to your assigned time because of a schedule conflict, call me. If there is a last minute conflict in your schedule (within 24 hours of your scheduled time), please call the Harvest Thrift Center at 708-868-6150 to let the day manager know so a replacement can be found.

Donations
Donations are appreciated and accepted during store hours, or furniture items can be scheduled for pick up.  Accepted items include:  clothing, furniture, housewares, books, shoes, sporting goods, toys, magazines, seasonal items and tools.  We cannot accept infant car seats, mattresses, bowling balls and appliances.  (We will let you know if we can or cannot accept an item – please be patient with us!)
