“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails.” ~ 1 Corinthians 13:4-8a
Dear Faithful Supporters of Lansing Christian School,
Three words come to mind when I think of so many of you — and those words are: Building a Legacy.
I think of the deep ties you have to our school – maybe you attended here, maybe your spouse attended here, your children or your grandchildren. Or maybe your children or grandchildren are in our school building today, receiving a Christian education.
Lansing Christian School was founded on the principle of a God-centered education. While daily devotions and Bible study are a vital part of every school day, what really matters is that God’s Word is the basis of every subject every day in every class.
That is the beauty of Christian education at LCS. The pictures sprinkled in this letter are just a snapshot of all the amazing things taking place at LCS.
With gratefulness to God, we want to share this Praise Report:

The truth is and always will be that Christian education matters. It matters not only to our students, our families, and our staff, but it also matters to our Lansing community.
Please continue to pray for us as we strive to make Lansing Christian School obtainable for all families who desire to have their children educated here.
We are incredibly grateful for you. You continue to walk alongside us as we focus on our mission of teaching and training our students, helping them grow to their maximum potential, and preparing them for lives of service in the Kingdom of God.
What greater investment can you make than to invest in the future of the next generation?
Christian education is an incredible responsibility that we have, and to have you with us each step of the way — both through your financial giving and through your prayer support — is a blessing to us.
Every day the students are learning more about God through the reading of His Word and through the instruction here at LCS. Learning about what He desires for them as children of God: to remain rooted in Him, to remain steadfast, and to love one another. Love is the focus of our theme verse this school year. We encourage our students to love like Jesus loves.
We value your continued partnership. As we get ready to close out 2023, would you prayerfully consider including us in your end-of-year giving? We are looking to surpass the amount we raised last year. At the end of the year in 2022, we raised over $116,000 in our Year-End Campaign. Would you help us exceed that goal?
Thank you for showing your love for LCS in so many ways and for praying for us. I look forward to sharing an update with you about all the exciting things happening
